- 4 Tbsp smoked tomato juice
- 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash tabasco pepper sauce
- 4-5 ice cubes as needed
- celery stick and horseradish for garnish
Smoked Tomato Juice: Place 1 cup of cherry wood chips (or hickory wood chips) in a large container with 1 cup of water. Allow the mixture to steep overnight at room temperature, stirring occasionally. Pour the liquid through cheesecloth into a saucepan and discard the solids.
