Q. Why doesn't my SmokeTop create as much smoke as I see in the video?

 Only use enough wood chips to cover the screen. If there is unburnt wood chips in the SmokeTop when you finish, you are likely using too much! 

Q. Why doesn't my SmokeTop work?

The SmokeTop is designed to be used with a butane torch lighter only. If you use any other type of lighter it will not work.

Q. Do I need replacement screens?

Every SmokeTop comes with a replacement screen.
