No. There are no minimum order commitments for wholesale accounts — order what your program needs, when it needs it. Volume pricing tiers reward larger and consistent orders, but you're never locked into an upfront quantity.

Wholesale pricing is tiered based on order volume — larger orders receive better unit pricing. We offer tiered structures that reward consistent ordering. Specific pricing is shared during the wholesale onboarding conversation and documented in your account terms.

Standard wholesale accounts are net-30 terms for established businesses with approved credit. New accounts typically begin on prepayment terms, with net-30 becoming available after a track record of reliable ordering.

Standard wholesale orders ship within three to five business days. For large orders or custom orders, lead times are communicated at the time of order confirmation. We maintain sufficient inventory for most standard orders to ship promptly.

Custom branding options are available for qualified wholesale partners at qualifying volumes. This includes branded packaging, custom wood chip bag labels, and in some cases product engraving. Custom branding requires minimum quantities and lead times. Inquire during the wholesale onboarding process for current specifications.

The SmokeTop® was designed by a bartender to be picked up in a single shift — if you can use a lighter, you can use it. Beyond that, wholesale partners get priority support from real bartenders on our staff via our wholesale email: we help you plan the rollout and work through recipe ideas for your concept, whether you are launching one bar or a hundred locations.

Under $0.20 per cocktail in wood chips and butane when you use SmokeTop® consumables, against a typical $2–4 menu upcharge. Trade pricing on the smokers themselves is quoted on application.

No — it takes about ten seconds per drink. SmokeTops® can be pre-loaded with chips during prep, so at service the bartender adds one pass of the torch down the chimney and serves. You can even smoke the shaker for a multi-drink order.

Yes. Custom logo engraving on the SmokeTop® is available to wholesale partners on bulk orders. Ask about it when you apply.
