Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday at 12:00 PM ET. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

All shipping costs are estimates and may vary based on package size, weight, and destination. Additional handling fees may apply depending on order requirements.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain items. We recommend using a physical address for delivery to ensure your order can be completed successfully.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Look around your property for the package
3. Contact the shipping carrier directly
4. If still not found, contact us at Help@MiddletonMixology.com

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure delivery by your desired date. Holiday shipping cutoffs will be posted on our website during the holiday season.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and contact us immediately at Help@MiddletonMixology.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
