Step-by-Step Instructions

Add ice to a shaker tin.

Add 0.5oz lemon juice.

Add 0.25 oz simple syrup.

Add 1oz gin.

Smoke the contents of the shaker tin with cherry wood chips using your SmokeTop®.

Lightly shake.

Strain the mixture into a champagne flute.

Top with champagne to fill the glass.

Express the oils from a lemon rind over the glass.

Then twist it into a garnish and place it into the glass.
