Applying for wholesale
How do I apply for wholesale pricing?
Visit our Professionals page and submit an application through the wholesale inquiry form. Include your business name, type of establishment (bar, restaurant, hotel, retail), and estimated monthly volume. We’ll follow up within two business days to discuss pricing and onboarding.
What types of businesses qualify for wholesale?
We work with bars, restaurants, hotels, cocktail catering companies, and retail accounts. We also work with beverage distributors. If you're running a business that will use or resell the SmokeTop® at volume, we want to hear from you.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities are discussed during the onboarding process and vary based on business type and anticipated volume. Generally, wholesale pricing tiers begin at quantities that make economic sense for active bar programs. We don't require large upfront commitments that don't serve your business model.

How is wholesale pricing structured?
Wholesale pricing is tiered based on order volume — larger orders receive better unit pricing. We offer tiered structures that reward consistent ordering. Specific pricing is shared during the wholesale onboarding conversation and documented in your account terms.
What payment terms are available?
Standard wholesale accounts are net-30 terms for established businesses with approved credit. New accounts typically begin on prepayment terms, with net-30 becoming available after a track record of reliable ordering.
Are wholesale prices the same for restaurants as for retail?
Pricing structures differ somewhat between hospitality accounts (bars, restaurants, hotels) and retail resellers, reflecting the different margins and business models. Both are competitive and designed to make the economics work for your business.
Lead times and shipping
What are typical lead times for wholesale orders?
Standard wholesale orders ship within three to five business days. For large orders or custom orders, lead times are communicated at the time of order confirmation. We maintain sufficient inventory for most standard orders to ship promptly.
Can you accommodate rush orders?
Rush orders are accommodated when inventory allows. Expedited shipping is available at cost. Contact your wholesale account manager or reach us at [email protected] to discuss rush order options.

Do you offer custom branding on SmokeTop® products?
Custom branding options are available for qualified wholesale partners at qualifying volumes. This includes branded packaging, custom wood chip bag labels, and in some cases product engraving. Custom branding requires minimum quantities and lead times. Inquire during the wholesale onboarding process for current specifications.
Can I get custom wood chip blends for my bar program?
Custom wood chip blends and exclusive flavors are something we explore with established wholesale partners for signature cocktail programs. These arrangements require volume commitments and lead time. If you're developing a cocktail menu around a specific wood profile, let's talk.

Do you provide staff training materials?
Yes — wholesale partners receive access to training materials including technique guides, wood pairing charts, and printable recipe cards. We also offer a training video library. Staff can be fully trained on the SmokeTop® in under an hour using these materials.
What ongoing support is available to wholesale accounts?
Wholesale accounts have access to priority support via email at [email protected]. We’re available to assist with menu development, troubleshooting, replacement parts, and warranty claims for your equipment.
