Step-by-Step Instructions

Add a lime wedge into your copper mug and muddle it lightly.

Add ice on top of the muddled lime.

Smoke the ice using your SmokeTop® with cherry wood chips for 3-5 seconds.

Remove the SmokeTop® and fill with ginger beer.

Optionally add a couple dashes of bitters.

Stir gently.
